The project encompasses housing, a nursery, and a laboratory. The existing structures have been insulated with additional layers of straw and clay, and outdoor spaces have been added to increase social areas using low-cost materials such as recycled lorry fabrics.

All extant structures are meticulously repaired and extended with lightweight shading structures, with a view to cultivating food, expanding the coffee nursery and its varieties.The farm also provides accommodation for visiting clients, researchers, and enthusiasts interested in experiencing the coffee processing journey firsthand.The client housing units are designed to blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings, offering a serene and immersive experience.Central to the visitors area is the Coffee Tasting Laboratory and Learning Centre. This space enables international clients to cup and taste various coffee varieties produced on the farm, whilst the learning centre offers insights into local coffee processing techniques, the environment, and the community's cultural heritage.
